Monthly (12 issues per year)

Confluence International Journal of Research (CIJR) is published on a monthly schedule, releasing twelve (12) regular issues per calendar volume annually.

Continuous Publication Model:

To ensure prompt academic dissemination and eliminate publication backlogs, CIJR implements a continuous publishing workflow. As soon as a peer-reviewed manuscript is formally accepted, copy-edited, and authorized, it is immediately published online within the active monthly issue, assigned pagination, and registered with a permanent CrossRef Digital Object Identifier (DOI).

3. Plagiarism Policy

Confluence International Journal of Research (CIJR) enforces a strict zero-tolerance stance against academic misconduct, duplicate publication, data fabrication, and plagiarism in any manifestation.

Screening Protocols & Similarity Thresholds:

  • Every submitted manuscript is screened using advanced similarity detection software prior to reviewer assignment.
  • An overall similarity index exceeding 15% (excluding references and standard methodological phrasing) triggers an editorial hold.
  • Any single-source similarity exceeding 3% requires immediate author justification or revision.

If substantiated plagiarism is discovered after publication, the article will be formally retracted in accordance with the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) Retraction Guidelines.

4. Permissions & Copyright

CIJR operates under a Gold Open Access model. Authors retain the full copyright of their published work without restrictions.

5. Ethical Guidelines

CIJR adheres strictly to the Core Practices established by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE).

For Authors

  • Ensure originality of empirical data and theoretical models.
  • Disclose all sources of financial support and conflicts of interest.
  • List only individuals who made substantive intellectual contributions.

For Reviewers

  • Maintain strict confidentiality throughout the review.
  • Provide constructive, objective, and unbiased evaluation.
  • Recuse themselves in cases of financial or institutional conflicts.
